Please before paying for a commission, communicate with me about what you want. Afterwards, I will tell you if I can/will do your piece. All conversations will be held through discord.

All commissions are to be paid upfront. To make the buyer less anxious, I communicate and ask questions constantly as well as send progression pictures.

I do not do refunds; payments are final. Please be sure you want the agreed upon product before finalizing payment.

Payment is taken through Kofi for better availability to customers. Buyers do not have to pay the difference for any extra fees kofi takes.

All prices posted on my Carrd are final. No haggling, please.

No art will have raised prices unless the buyer ask for an extra complicated design.

I will not under any circumstances take NSFW art of your character as reference for pieces. Please have appropriate references for your commission!

I have the right to refuse any art request/commissioner that goes against my TOS or my Will/Wont section.

Any art commissioned is free for me to post and publish; for publicity, in order to promote my art.

In the case of buying an Adopt: all character rights are given to the buyer, and there are no restrictions or limitations to what you're allowed to do with the character. It is officially yours. When or if reselling occurs the buyer is allowed to resell at whatever price. Again the character is yours.
